Deployment is the delivery of the functioning system to the end users. During the deployment phase, activities include:
- Training preparation and execution
- Post-implementation support and maintenance preparation
Training end users typically requires preparation of training material and then conducting hands-on training sessions. At the same time, support procedures, backup plans, error resolution plans and required system maintenance activities, are documented and reviewed.
