The goal of system security is to achieve uninterrupted availability and operations of the proposed system and to prevent system access by unauthorized users. Tii is committed to preserving trust in the confidentiality, integrity, and availability in our client's data and systems. Tii keeps on the forefront of security technologies and practices. As a developer of applications that track and report both institutional and patient identified data Tii has implemented extensive enterprise-wide security measures that include technical, personnel, administrative, environmental, and telecommunications safeguards. Tii operates a fully certified and accredited security system that has been audited by HRSA, HHS Inspector General, and third-party contractors.

As the basis for implementation of security practices, Tii adheres to the applicable Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidelines and processes and security and technology specific best practices. The basis for these security and privacy practices and systems is outlined by a well-defined process to achieve certification and accreditation (C&A) in NIST Publications.
